Fellow Award Nomination
Nominator's Name
Any employee of an MTI member company may nominate a candidate as long as that candidate is not an employee of the nominators firm and meets the eligibility requirements.
Candidate's Name
Candidate cannot be a current Board Member but may be:
an active or retired employee of a member company or
an active or retired MTI staff member or
an outside employee or contractor who has made extraordinary contribution to MTI.

Employee of a member company
If the candidate is an employee of a member company, the candidate must have at least 10 years of MTI membership. The membership does not have to be consecutive years or with the same member company. The candidate's involvement must include successful and productive leadership roles. Examples of leadership roles could be PDC chairman, Project Team Champion, TAC Chairman or assistant, or Board Member. It could also include an individual who recruits new members, chairs a symposium, issues publications based on MTI work, assisted in securing outside funding or is responsible for an innovative advancement, e.g. new corrosion test or training manual.
MTI staff member or outside individual
If the candidate is an MTI staff member or outside individual, the candidate must have at least 10 years of MTI involvement. The involvement doses not have to be continuous or in the same capacity for the ten year time period. The candidate's involvement must include accomplishments far beyond traditional expectations and levels of competency. The involvement could include completion of projects of high value and benefit to MTI membership or industry. It could also include an individual who recruits new members, chairs a symposium, issues publications based on MTI work, assisted in securing outside funding or is responsible for an innovative advancement, e.g. new corrosion test or training manual.
Two additional Designated Representatives or TAC Representatives that are in support of this nomination (other than the original nominator).
