Exhibit Hall Policies

  • MTI Global Solutions Symposium and/or the MTI Executive Director reserves the right to deny any company or person access to the MTI Global Solutions Symposium based upon past due invoices. This policy includes the right to deny participation based on any past conduct by a person or company that is considered unacceptable by the MTI Executive Director or Steering Committee.

  • For any MTI Symposium dates published for a given event, no person or company can organize any competing event within 50 miles during the dates published. Events include hospitality suites, organized dinners that involve more than 2 Producers, organized extracurricular activities that involve more than 2 Producers. If there is any organized event being considered outside of the MTI Symposium agenda, these events need to be approved by the MTI Symposium Steering Committee.

  • Cancellation Refund Policy: Refunds for exhibit space cancelled before the refund deadline will be for all meeting charges minus a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the refund deadline. The refund deadline is six (6) weeks prior to the start of the meeting.

  • Only exhibitor personnel with paid registration and associated fees will be allowed in the conference hall and exhibit areas. Any unpaid exhibitors will be asked to register on-site or vacate the Conference/Meeting areas.

  • During technical meetings times, all cell phones shall be turned off or on silent mode in the conference rooms or in and around adjoining exhibit areas.
