Registration Policies

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: January 20, 2026
  • Member registration includes all access to the Symposium events and all access to the AmeriTAC meeting on February 23 & 26.
  • Nonmember registration includes all access to the Symposium events. Access to the AmeriTAC meeting on February 23 & 26 is by invitation only.
  • Attendees may purchase a pass for family/partner/spouse per guest to attend the opening reception, networking reception and closing celebration.
  • Exhibitors receive two complimentary registrations with a booth purchase. Any additional support personnel for the exhibit table are subject to the respective member or non-member registration rates. 
  • Speaker and session chair registration is half price. If you forgot your discount code, please contact mtiadmin@mti-global.org

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds for registrations cancelled before the refund deadline will be for all meeting charges minus a $50 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE REFUND DEADLINE. The refund deadline is February 9, 2026.
