    Notification Preferences:
By default, each TAC Forum Post and Reply will generate a real-time email notification to all members. You can update your notification preferences by logging in to the website, then navigate to your profile, click the "My Account" drop-down and select "Community Notifications".

From here you can set your preferences for all communities you belong to, including the TAC Forum. Simply click the drop-down menu next to each community and make your selections. The options are Daily Digest, Real-Time or No Email. Daily digest will generate a single email notification of each day's discussions, and Real-Time generates immediate notifications each time a message is posted.

To ensure you receive community notifications, please be sure Mail@ConnectedCommunity.org is added to your company's safe senders list.

    Post & Reply Options:
When you receive an email notification of a new TAC Forum or community message you have the following options to post & reply:

    • Reply Via Email Notification: The quickest and easiest option is to simply reply to the email notification. This will post your response directly to the TAC Forum or community without the need to login to the website. Or, you can click the blue "Reply to Group" button in the email notification with the same result.
    • Reply Online: You have the option to login, navigate to the community and add your message to the discussion. Or, click the green "Reply to Group Online" link from the email notification. This will redirect you to the "Post a Reply" page (you may be prompted to login if you're not already online).
    • Create a New Topic via Email Notification: Click the green "Post New Message" link from the email. This will generate an email window to create your post without logging in to the website. Add your topic title to the subject line of the email, then add your content to the body of the email. Hit send and it will add it to the community as a new discussion topic.
    • Create a New Topic Online: Login, navigate to the community and click the green "Add" button next to latest discussion feed to create a new post.
