Produce a catalogue of a variety of NDE responses (ToFD, PAUT, TFM/FMC) with corresponding metallographic characterization of carbon steel and carbon 1/2 moly HTHA specimens. Focus will be on incipient damage and HTHA with weld defects and other inclusions.
